Worship
We will begin in-person in-building worship on October 4th. We will use both the sanctuary and Brasharber Hall.
New Group!
Looking for individuals to be part of a virtual “Scripture Reflection” group on Mondays at 6:30 pm. We have a limited number of openings. Let David know if you are interested.
Lucille Raines
Lucille Raines' is a ministry sponsored by the Indiana United Methodist Women for women who are putting their lives together after substance abuse. They need a new air conditioner which went out a few weeks ago (when the weather was in the 90's). A replacement will cost $88,000. You can help!
Give online, or write "Lucille Raines AC" on your envelope or check memo line.

Jesus, Thine All-Victorious Love
1. Jesus, thine all victorious love
shed in my heart abroad;
then shall my feet no longer rove,
rooted and fixed in God.
2. O that in me the sacred fire
might now begin to glow;
burn up the dross of base desire
and make the mountains flow!
3. O that it now from heaven might fall
and all my sins consume!
Come, Holy Ghost, for thee I call,
Spirit of burning, come!
4. Refining fire, go through my heart,
illuminate my soul;
scatter thy life through every part
and sanctify the whole.
Broken Vessels
All these pieces Broken and scattered
In mercy gathered Mended and whole
Empty-handed But not forsaken
I've been set free I've been set free
Amazing grace How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me, oh
I once was lost But now I'm found
Was blind but now I see Oh, I can see it now
Oh, I can see the love in Your eyes
Laying yourself down Raising up the broken to life
You take our failure You take our weakness
You set Your treasure In jars of clay
So take this heart, Lord I'll be Your vessel
The world to see Your life in me, oh
Amazing grace How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me, oh
I once was lost But now I'm found
Was blind but now I see Oh, I can see it now
Oh, I can see the love in Your eyes
Laying yourself down
Raising up the broken to life
Oh, I can see it now
Oh, I can see the love in Your eyes
Laying yourself down Raising up the broken to life
Oh, I can see it now
Oh, I can see the love in Your eyes
Laying yourself down
Raising up the broken to life
Good Grace
People Come together
Strange as neighbors Our blood is one
Children Of generations
Of every nation Of kingdom come
Don't let your heart be troubled
Hold your head up high
Don't fear no evil
Fix your eyes on this one truth
God is madly in love with you
Take courage Hold on Be strong
Remember where our help comes from
Jesus Our redemption
Our salvation Is in His blood
Jesus Light of heaven
Friend forever His kingdom come
Swing wide All you heavens
Let the praise go up
As the walls come down
All creation Everything with breath
Repeat the sound All His children
Clean hands Pure hearts Good grace Good God
His Name is Jesus
16 From now on, therefore, we regard no one from a human point of view;[b] even though we once knew Christ from a human point of view,[c] we know him no longer in that way. 17 So if anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation: everything old has passed away; see, everything has become new! 18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself,[d] not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting the message of reconciliation to us. 20 So we are ambassadors for Christ, since God is making his appeal through us; we entreat you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. 21 For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
Take Time to be Holy
1. Take time to be holy,
speak oft with thy Lord;
abide in him always,
and feed on his word.
Make friends of God's children,
help those who are weak,
forgetting in nothing
his blessing to seek.
2. Take time to be holy,
the world rushes on;
spend much time in secret
with Jesus alone.
By looking to Jesus,
like him thou shalt be;
thy friends in thy conduct
his likeness shall see.
3. Take time to be holy,
let him be thy guide,
and run not before him,
whatever betide.
In joy or in sorrow,
still follow the Lord,
and, looking to Jesus,
still trust in his word.
4. Take time to be holy,
be calm in thy soul,
each thought and each motive
beneath his control.
Thus led by his spirit
to fountains of love,
thou soon shalt be fitted
for service above.
